1. Open your internet browser from your mobile phone. The same one you use daily.

2. In the search bar. Type in this keyword & hit enter to search:

3. Find the TARGET BUSINESS.

NOTE: this may be the first thing you see, or there might be a list of multiple businesses that you must scroll thru to find the target business.

To find the target business, scroll down the phone until you see this target business name:

IGNORE ALL OTHER LISTINGS.

4. Tap into the target business name.

This will bring you inside the business profile. THIS IS THE TARGET BUSINESS GOOGLE KNOWLEDGE GRAPH listing.

5. TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE TARGET BUSINESS YOU FOUND. This will be uploaded later in the survey form.

6. Freely browse the business profile for atleast 3-4 minutes. ENGAGE WITH THE TARGET BUSINESS PROFILE. Click around. Do some stuff.

• What do the PHOTOS show you? What are they doing in the photos?
• What SERVICES do they offer? Going down the list of services, what other services / products does the business have?
• Read the REVIEWS. What do the reviews say? How many reviews does it currently have?
• Ask a service related question by Chat with the business. Does the chat feature work?
• Share the business to anything. On social profile, text to a random friend, or email to a random friend. Does the share feature work?

7. Think of a situation where you will be needing their services / products. You have purchased/worked with their services / products. If you had a positive experience, how would you DESCRIBE THEIR SERVICES / PRODUCTS to your friends? How would you leave a review to this business profile in the REVIEWS section?

NOTE: you may be asked to leave a review at the end of this survey (optional).

8. Go back to OVERVIEW.

9. Middle or Bottom of the screen. Tap the Website button and freely browse the website for 3-4 minutes. ENGAGE WITH THE WEBSITE. Click around. Do some stuff.

• Does the website clearly tell you what services / products they offer?
• CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE SERVICES / PRODUCTS THAT THIS BUSINESS OFFERS?
• Do the icons, buttons, and menus on the website navigate well to showcase their specific services / products?

10. Return back to the previous TARGET BUSINESS GOOGLE KNOWLEDGE GRAPH listing.

NOTE: depending on your mobile device there are several ways to return back. AN EASY WAY IS TO SEARCH FOR THE BUSINESS AGAIN USING THE SAME METHOD AS ABOVE.

11. Middle of the screen. Tap REVIEWS.

12. It would help the business greatly to leave a review. The business would really appreciate it.

In a situation where you might need their services / products.

And you have purchased/worked with them. How was your experience with the service / product that you have received?

In the review, if you had a positive experience, how would you DESCRIBE THEIR SERVICES / PRODUCTS to others?
